Attoric Partner Program Agreement Version: ppa-2026-09-30-v2
This agreement covers participation in the Attoric Partner Program. There is no separate NDA. Submitting an application does not enroll you or unlock partner tools. You become a partner only after Attoric approves the application and records acceptance of this version.
Commission accrues as Attoric account credits of paid referred monthly recurring revenue at the published 5 / 8 / 12 percent rates (or a staff override for that partner). Rates may change with notice. There is no most-favored-nation treatment.
Credits accrue only while the referred hosting remains paid and active. Accrual stops on cancel, unpaid invoices over 30 days, or refund. Attoric may claw back commission for 60 days, including credits already applied to an Attoric account.
Self-referral, referrals of your own servers, and circular referrals are not allowed. Attoric may deny an application, change a partner's tier, or suspend a partner. The program does not include a free server.
Cash payout: when Attoric enables Partner cash withdrawal for the account, eligible credits may convert to cash under then-current payout rules (W-9 or equivalent, Connect/onboarding, minimums, waiting periods, fraud/dispute holds). Until enabled and eligible, credits are service credits only. Credits do not automatically entitle cash.
Partner marketing for Attoric must use only the copy and brand assets published in the Partner Media Kit in your partner dashboard. Unapproved discount, cheap hosting, or spam-style promotion of Attoric is not allowed and may end the partnership.
The version id is the source of truth for acceptance.
