Attoric intentionally links CPU allocation to RAM allocation at the backend level. This dynamic scaling model has been deliberately chosen as the best-performing and most stable approach across supported games.

We recommend starting with what you think you'll need and scaling up as your community grows. There's no penalty for upgrading, and we make the process seamless.

Slot-based pricing seems simpler, but it's often misleading. A "50-slot Minecraft server" tells you nothing about performance — a vanilla server with 50 players uses vastly different resources than a heavily modded server with 20 players.

RAM is what actually matters for game server performance. Mods, plugins, world size, and game complexity all consume RAM — player count is just one factor. By choosing RAM directly, you're paying for what you actually use.

Attoric provides managed server infrastructure and the tools to install and update supported games. We do not sell or include Steam, publisher, or game licenses.

For many titles, install and updates run without extra login or keys. For some titles, the game or publisher requires you to supply a license, entitlement, or publisher-issued auth key so we can obtain dedicated-server files. That duty is yours — including, but not limited to, Steam entitlements used with authenticated SteamCMD installs and publisher-issued auth or license keys (for example Alderon and similar publishers). Those names are examples only; other platforms may require the same kind of customer-supplied authorization. You supply that entitlement or key the same way you would supply a Windows, cPanel, or plugin license if a package did not include it. The requirement comes from the game or publisher, not from Attoric inventing an extra step.

Credentials, tokens, or keys you provide are used only to download and update those game files (for example via SteamCMD or publisher tooling). They are not used to run a desktop client logged into the gameserver as a player.

We do not use one Attoric-owned Steam account, publisher account, or shared license pool across customers. You keep ownership of your entitlement or keys; we facilitate the authorized install and update.

If a title needs this step, we will prompt you in the panel during setup or update. Prefer the portal connect, token, or key fields when they are available. Do not paste passwords, auth keys, or Steam Guard codes into Discord, email, or tickets. Staff will never ask for those in Discord.

The Attoric Partner Program is designed for established gaming communities that want a deeper, long-term relationship with their hosting provider. Partners represent their communities, collaborate with Attoric, and grow alongside our platform.

This is not an affiliate program, discount code system, or pay-per-signup scheme. We focus on building genuine relationships with communities that align with our values of stability, quality, and long-term growth.

Partners progress through tiers — from Community Partner to Verified to Featured — based on their engagement and community activity, not sales metrics.

Partnership enrollment is team-based. If you're part of a team on Attoric, you can apply through the Partner Program application form.

Once enrolled, you'll start as a Community Partner with access to partner tools, referral tracking, and the Attoric media kit. Your Partner Dashboard shows exactly what's needed to progress to higher tiers.

The Attoric Partner Program includes commission for qualifying paid hosting referrals under the applicable Partner Agreement. It is built around long-term community relationships rather than payment for signups alone.

Qualifying paid hosting referrals earn partner commission at the rate configured for the partner account under the applicable Partner Agreement. Eligible earnings may be used as Attoric account credits. Cash withdrawal is available only when enabled for the account and permitted by the agreement, after identity, tax, payout, minimum, and hold requirements are met. We evaluate referrals on quality and long-term retention, not volume.

Our goal is to work with communities that genuinely benefit from managed hosting — not to incentivize signup spam.

Partner benefits grow as you progress through tiers. All partners receive core tools, with additional perks unlocking at Verified and Featured levels.

Qualifying referral commission can become usable as Attoric account credits. Where cash withdrawal is enabled and the applicable agreement and account requirements are met, eligible commission earnings may also be withdrawn. Cash is not an additional commission.
